BIO
Robert Goldman, Of Counsel
Robert Goldman, a Duquesne University School of Law alumnus (1993) with a BBA from the University of Miami (FL), has operated his own law firm since 2001. His extensive legal expertise spans oil and gas, business development, civil litigation, criminal defense, real estate, and representing clients across various administrative agencies. His courtroom presence has been notable in both state and federal courts, with lead roles in appeals to Pennsylvania's top courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
As a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps, Goldman was deployed multiple times between 2009-2013, serving in Afghanistan, Iraq, Guantanamo Bay, and special assignments. His distinguished service earned him accolades, including two Bronze Stars and an Army Commendation Medal, among others.
Deeply committed, Robert's 20+ year legacy is rooted in rigorous legal research, starting from his days as a selected student instructor in law school. He remains unwaveringly dedicated to securing the best outcomes for his clients.
